Inappropriate letter combos

My son was playing the game when an inappropriate word combo came up, twice. My older son was helping my younger son and said the word and my younger son repeated it. You would think a game designed for such young children would be able to avoid such combos, its extremely disappointing to have to speak with your children about this while they are playing a game designed for such young children.
